Please note, this program does not include any tactile interaction with a penguin (touching).

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the following protocols are in place to ensure the safety of our animals, visitors, and staff:

  • Guests who have not been fully-vaccinated against the COVID-19 virus are required to wear face masks for the duration of the program. Proof of vaccination is required.
  • All participants are required to undergo a temperature screening before entering behind-the-scenes areas.

  7. Overexploitation of guano (poop), disturbance of nesting sites
