Everyone loves turtles, but not everyone knows the differences between turtles and tortoises. Vets do and have to consider their shells, diets, and habitats to provide the best care.
We will explore the needs, adaptations, and special conditions of different turtles with bones, shells, and our live resident turtles. Our animal care staff will guide us through a medical exam and program participants will try to diagnose real health concerns found in turtles.
This camp is for children ages 8-12.
WHEN:

COST: $35/members, $40, non-members
PARENTS:
We have limited capacity in our event room. To ensure we can accommodate as many participants as possible, we kindly ask parents to either refrain from attending with their children or purchase their own spot in the class.
