Virtual Animal Painting Enrichment Sessions
Did you know the Aquarium of Niagara has artists-in-residence? They are covered in either fur or feathers and can either wield a paintbrush with their mouths or waddle their way to a masterpiece.
Join us online to see how they create their masterpieces and learn the benefits of allowing them to express themselves.
This is a virtual program that takes place with other online participants.
Our staff will describe the process and be able to answer your questions while you watch the artists at work.
A link and access code for the video conference will be sent to your email prior to the time of the program, so that you may prepare your computer, tablet, or smartphone.
This series is suitable for all ages!
Animal Tales (Both Virtual & In-Person)
Read a story about an aquatic animal, then meet that animal live!
The Animal Tales series takes place at the Aquarium on the second and fourth Wednesday of the month. It is live, but participants can also join virtually using a split screen experience.
Our staff will interact live with you either in person or through a video conference, while also leading you through a digital lesson. For those participating virtually, a link and access code for the video conference will be sent to your email prior to the time of the program, so that you may prepare your computer, tablet, or smartphone. The digital lesson access and code will be supplied at the start of the program.
This is for kids ages 2-7 and we request parents/guardians participate.
Jr. Vet Classes (Both Virtual & In-Person)

CSI: Crime SEA Investigation
It’s every animal keeper’s worst nightmare- someone’s escaped! You will be the investigator collecting clues in video footage, learning about our suspects through interrogations, and completing experiments to find the culprit. Help our keepers solve the mystery of “who dunnit?” by cracking the case!
This is a three-day virtual program series that combines a live video conference session with three or more self-paced interactive digital activities presented each day.
The live session takes place with other online participants at the listed time, while completion of the associated digital activities can fit your personal schedule. A link and access code for the video conference and digital activities will be sent to your email prior to the time of the program on each day, so that you may prepare your computer, tablet, or smartphone.
