This cleanup is part of the International Coastal Cleanup sponsored by the Ocean Conservancy and organized for New York state by the Northeast Chapter of the American Littoral Society. As part of the Aquarium’s mission to help promote conservation, our many years of participation has kept over 10,000 pounds of trash from littering our waterways.
Come help us continue to keep even more debris from becoming a problem.
Participants are encouraged to dress for the weather and to expect to get a little dirty. We will provide the gloves, materials, and drinks to help you refuel. If you have your own reusable gloves, please feel free to bring them as well!
