Welcome to the Member Monday Video Series page!
These videos were filmed and edited exclusively for our active Aquarium members as a way to say thank you for being a part of our Aquarium family. They are unlisted and only people who have the link can watch them.
We hope these help you get to know your favorite animals even better than before, and maybe you’ll meet some new friends along the way.
We miss seeing our members at the Aquarium, and we can’t wait to welcome you back.
Animal Spotlight: Medusa
Medusa is a five-year-old grey seal who is completely blind. She’s very playful and loves to interact with enrichment.
Animal Spotlight: Clyde
Clyde is a Florida softshell turtle who was donated to the Aquarium by a private collector. His long neck and pig-like “snorkle nose” make him unique from the other turtles at the Aquarium, and his engaging personality makes him a crowd favorite.
Animal Spotlight: Isabel
Isabel is our youngest California sea lion who will be celebrating her 6th birthday in just a couple of weeks! Isabel came to live at the Aquarium when she was just a pup with her mother Mia, who was rescued days away from giving birth!
Animal Spotlight: Mortisha
Meet our ambassador turtle, Mortisha! Mortisha is a red-eared slider who is between 20 and 30 years old. She loves to be on the go!
Animal Spotlight: Opus
For the first installment of our exclusive members-only video series, we introduce you to our oldest Humboldt penguin, Opus, and take you behind-the-scenes as she gets some special physical therapy for her arthritis.
Animal Spotlight: Sandy
We’re introducing you to one of our oldest residents: Sandy the harbor seal. At 39 years old, this girl is older than all of her trainers!
Animal Spotlight: Della
Meet our 29-year-old grey seal named Della! Weighing in at just over 350 pounds Della is the largest animal at the Aquarium of Niagara.
