Please note before purchasing admission:
Tickets are for specific time slots and must be redeemed on the date for which they were purchased. The time on your ticket is the half-hour interval in which you enter the Aquarium. Once you are in, you can stay as long as you’d like. There is no re-entry.
Please consider consulting our daily schedule before purchasing tickets.
Aquarium members DO NOT need to reserve a time to visit and should enter the Aquarium through the accessible entrance.
Parking:
Parking is $5 for average-sized vehicles and $20 for busses/RV/campers. It is handled by Premium Parking and can be paid via your phone or by using one of two payment stations in the Aquarium parking lot. To pay ahead of time click here. Aquarium members do not have to pay for parking.
Group Rates:
Groups of 10 or more are eligible to receive our group rate with the following limitations:
- Pricing minimums apply to individual customer types (10 adults, 10 children, 10 seniors).
- Group rate pricing available Monday through Friday only. No weekend reservations available.
- Due to capacity restrictions, only 50 tickets will be sold online for any given half-hour time slot. Large groups will have to divide their booking over several time-slots.
Discounts & Reciprocal Benefits:
No discounted admission rates are available online.
- Anyone seeking the military discount or AZA-accredited facility reciprocity (including members of the Buffalo Zoo) should use walk-up ticketing or purchase tickets online at the full rate and request a refund upon arrival with proof of discount eligibility.
- Active military and veterans receive half-off admission with military ID (service member or veteran only).
*Aquarium closes at 3pm the day before Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and New Year’s Eve.

Please do not visit the Aquarium if you are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19.
Per NYS guidance, guests are not required to wear masks. The Aquarium encourages all guests to wear masks while indoors.

Parking at the Aquarium of Niagara is handled by Premium Parking. You can pay ahead of your visit by clicking here or text P5101 to “504504.” There are also pay stations on site.

The accessible entrance is located at the rear of the Aquarium. Follow the path to the right of the building when approaching from the parking lot. Ring the bell to be welcomed and accompanied to Guest Services. There is an elevator located directly across from the accessible entrance that can be used to access the second floor.

A limited number of wheelchairs are available for visitor use. Please request a wheelchair upon your arrival at Guest Services. Wheelchairs are available on a first-come, first-serve basis with a photo ID.

Service animals are welcome in the building. Please note their presence to our admissions staff. Companion animals and those that are considered therapy animals are not permitted in the building.

Please note: The Aquarium does not currently have a place to store your stroller while you visit.

Breastfeeding is welcome in the Aquarium. There are currently no private breastfeeding or lactation areas available.

There are child changing tables located in both the men and women’s restrooms.

The Aquarium does not currently offer coat or bag storage.
