We encourage you to assess your comfort level before visiting the Aquarium.
We STRONGLY ENCOURAGE visitors to purchase general admission passes online before visiting the Aquarium. We try to accommodate walkups but we are not always able to do so under current capacity restrictions. If there are no ticket times listed on our online calendar, we have SOLD OUT of online tickets for the day.
Tickets are for specific time slots and must be redeemed on the date for which they were purchased. The time on your ticket is the half-hour interval in which you enter the Aquarium. Once you are in, you can stay as long as you’d like.
Aquarium members DO NOT need to reserve a time to visit and should enter the Aquarium through the accessible entrance.
At this time, we are allowing smaller group visits for schools, daycares, scout troops, and tour companies ONLY.
Please note the following stipulations required for these bookings:
- Group rate pricing available Monday through Friday only. No weekend reservations available.
- Reservations must be made no less than 2 weeks in advance.
- Groups of 10-20 people total per reservation. Larger groups will need to be split up and make separate reservations.
If you are able to meet these requirements and would like to schedule your group visit, please email [email protected]
All other bookings MUST be made through General Admission.
Discounts & Reciprocal Benefits:
No discounted admission rates are available online. Anyone seeking the military discount or AZA-accredited facility reciprocity should purchase tickets online at the full rate. You can request a refund when you arrive and show proof of discount eligibility.
Active military and veterans receive half-off admission with military ID (service member or veteran only).
Anyone seeking to take advantage of discounted rates other than the military discount and AZA-reciprocity discounts (ex. coupons) must purchase admission at the Aquarium as a walkup.
