We STRONGLY ENCOURAGE visitors to purchase general admission passes online before visiting the Aquarium. We try to accommodate walkups but we are not always able to do so under current capacity restrictions. If there are no ticket times listed on our online calendar, we have SOLD OUT of online tickets for the day, but walkup ticketing may still be available.

Tickets are for specific time slots and must be redeemed on the date for which they were purchased. The time on your ticket is the half-hour interval in which you enter the Aquarium. Once you are in, you can stay as long as you’d like. There is no re-entry. Please consider consulting our daily schedule before purchasing tickets.

Aquarium members DO NOT need to reserve a time to visit and should enter the Aquarium through the accessible entrance.

Parking:

Parking is $5 for average-sized vehicles and $20 for busses/RV/campers. It is handled by Premium Parking and can be paid via your phone or by using one of two payment stations in the Aquarium parking lot. To pay ahead of time click here tor text “P5101” to “504504.” Aquarium members do not have to pay for parking.

Group Rates:

Groups of 10 or more are eligible to receive our group rate with the following limitations:

  • Pricing minimums apply to individual customer types (10 adults, 10 children, 10 seniors).
  • Group rate pricing available Monday through Friday only. No weekend reservations available.
  • Due to capacity restrictions, only 50 tickets will be sold online for any given half-hour time slot. Large groups will have to divide their booking over several time-slots.

Discounts & Reciprocal Benefits:

No discounted admission rates are available online. Anyone seeking the military discount or AZA-accredited facility reciprocity (including members of the Buffalo Zoo) should purchase tickets online at the full rate. You can request a refund when you arrive and show proof of discount eligibility.

Active military and veterans receive half-off admission with military ID (service member or veteran only).

Anyone seeking to take advantage of discounted rates other than the military discount and AZA-reciprocity discounts (ex. coupons) must purchase admission at the Aquarium as a walkup.

We cannot guarantee walkup spots will be available at any given time slot.

*Aquarium closes at 3pm the day before Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and New Year’s Eve.
